Honest totalparks webhook policy: there is no public third-party webhook product.
No public webhook API
Total Parks does not publish a third-party developer webhook API. Parks receive availability and reservation events through their property management system (NewBook or RMS Cloud). Booking confirmation emails and in-app booking records are traveller-facing, not a public event subscription product.
PMS webhooks are an operator integration between the park and NewBook or RMS Cloud. They are not a partner event bus on totalparks.com.au.
Agents that need park facts, planning calendars, or stay feasibility should use the Total Parks MCP connector or the Total Parks API, not a webhook subscription.
