Value at three levels
For Parks
Zero-commission bookings, with guest and booking data delivered straight to your PMS. Built by people who run parks themselves.
For Travellers
A modern, simple way to search and book Australian holiday parks — built around how families and grey nomads really travel.
For the Industry
An estimated $126–$145M leaves Australian holiday parks to offshore OTAs each year. Our mission is to keep that revenue in Australia.

Dan Wild
Founder, Total Parks
My family runs holiday parks. We got tired of watching 15% of every booking walk out the door to overseas OTAs, and we couldn't find an Australian booking platform we actually wanted to use. So we built one.
I'm an ex-CSIRO Engineer with over a decade of experience building software. I've recently worked on AI projects with Google, and delivered systems for the Royal Australian Navy.
There isn't one.
Travellers pay a small booking fee ($1–$5) when they book. It's the same way many airlines, ticketing sites, and event platforms make their money. That fee is how we keep the lights on.
Parks pay nothing. No commission. No setup. No monthly fees.
We drop bookings straight into your PMS, and then get out of the way.
Zero commission is the headline. But Total Parks bookings can cost your park less than the same booking taken over the phone.
Example: a $200 booking
Total Parks isn't just cheaper than Booking.com.For many parks, it's cheaper than taking the booking yourself.
We caravan with 3 kids, 2 dogs, and a 9m caravan.
We know first hand. The pain of booking a park is real.
Distribution advantage
When your park is connected to Total Parks, your live availability, rates and booking flow can be surfaced through Total Parks, industry listing pages and AI assistants, without each partner needing a separate PMS integration.
Enter your NewBook or RMS Cloud credentials and channel mappings. Availability, rates, and categories sync automatically. Nothing changes inside your PMS.
Check your park's photos, descriptions, and site types. Make edits yourself, or let our team polish it up for you.
