Fitzroy River Lodge

Fitzroy River Lodge is a bit more than just a place to park the caravan. Located right on Great Northern Highway in Fitzroy Crossing, it’s a practical stopover with cabins and powered sites for caravans and campers. The lodge has a pub and a restaurant, so you won’t have to trek far for a meal or a cold drink after a long drive.

The facilities are basic but reliable, which is exactly what you want when you’re out in the Kimberley. Bookings are by request, so it’s best to sort that out in advance if you’re planning to roll in during peak season or the dry. Keep in mind the area can get busy with travellers heading up north.
