These bright, modern villas are ideal for families and couples who value space, views and the ease of having everything in one place. With two separate bedrooms and generous living areas, they are designed for travellers who want room to unpack, settle in and enjoy their stay. Each villa sleeps up to six guests, with a queen bedroom and a second bedroom configured with two single beds and a set of single bunks. Please note that while bunk beds are not pre-made, fresh linen is supplied for all nominated occupants. The open-plan living space includes a well-equipped kitchen with electric cooktop, microwave and full-size refrigerator, along with a contemporary ensuite bathroom, dining area, television and a corner chaise for relaxing. Three separate split-system air conditioners allow each area of the villa to be heated or cooled independently, so the space can be warmed up or cooled down quickly in any season. Step out onto the private verandah and enjoy elevated views across Launceston, especially as the city lights come on in the evening. With parking close by, loading luggage, prams and shopping is simple and stress-free. Beyond your villa, the park offers wide landscaped grounds, communal outdoor areas and a jumping pillow for kids. Our on-site curated providore, located within reception, is stocked with Tasmanian produce, wines, whiskies, beers, ciders, gourmet foods, keepsakes and woollen goods. Set in the heart of Launnie, you are perfectly positioned to explore Northern Tasmania, with Cataract Gorge, the city centre, parks, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance and the wider region only a short drive away.
