City Villa

These well-appointed, modern villas are ideal for families and couples who value space, comfort and a highly convenient location. With two separate bedrooms and generous living areas, they provide a relaxed base for enjoying Launnie and Northern Tasmania. Each villa sleeps up to six guests, with a queen bedroom and a second bedroom configured with two single beds and a set of single bunks. Please note that while bunk beds are not pre-made, fresh linen is supplied for all nominated occupants. The open-plan living space includes a well-equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, microwave and full-size refrigerator, along with a contemporary ensuite bathroom, dining area, television and a corner chaise for relaxing. Three reverse-cycle air-conditioning systems allow each area of the villa to be heated or cooled independently, so the space can be warmed up or cooled down quickly in any season. Beyond your villa, the park opens out into wide landscaped grounds with space for kids to run, play and burn off energy, while adults enjoy the relaxed, open feel of the surroundings. The jumping pillow and shared outdoor areas give families a place to gather, unwind and enjoy being together, not just retreat back indoors. Our on-site curated providore, located within reception, is stocked with Tasmanian produce, wines, whiskies, beers, ciders, gourmet foods, keepsakes and woollen goods, making it easy to sample the region and take a little of Tasmania home with you. Set in the heart of Launnie, you are perfectly placed to explore Northern Tasmania. Walk to Cataract Gorge, the city centre, parks, cafes and restaurants, then head out to the Tamar Valley, food trails, heritage towns and scenic drives, all just minutes away.
