About Total Parks
Total Parks is an Australian holiday-park booking platform founded by people who run parks.
Guests find caravan parks, campgrounds, cabins, and holiday parks in one place. Enter your van once and search the catalogue, then book where the park's own system is connected.
Availability, rates, and bookings stream from the park's own property management system. Total Parks is an official NewBook (Storable) partner with production RMS Cloud integration — the two PMS vendors that operate most of Australia's commercial parks.
Total Parks does not take over post-booking changes. Guests deal with the park directly for cancellations, date changes, and refunds.
